5. AWS Lab Environments

CloudaQube provides access to AWS sandbox environments for educational purposes:

• Lab environments are for educational use only
• You are responsible for resources created during lab sessions
• Lab sessions have time limits and may be terminated automatically
• We reserve the right to monitor and terminate labs that violate our policies
• Usage costs are managed by CloudaQube within subscription limits

6. Subscription and Payments

CloudaQube offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Payment information is processed securely through Stripe

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by CloudaQube and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without express written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant CloudaQube a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUDAQUBE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
